***St. Cloud Utilities is excited to announce that the Hickory Tree Reclaimed Water Main Extension Project is now underway. This project will add 1000’ of large diameter reclaimed water main pipe connecting two other large mains on Hickory Tree Road and forming a loop. This looping connection will help to increase reclaimed water flows and pressures in the northeast portion of the Utility Service Area. Materials and Equipment have begun to arrive on-site as of the week of June 17th. Pipe installation will begin the week of June 24th and the project is expected to be completed by the end of July.
***NOTICE***Some residents in the areas of the Preserve at Turtle Creek, Turtle Creek, Terra Vista, Canopy Walk, Lancaster Park, Estates at Westerly, Sola Vista, Rummell Downs and Live Oak Lake may be experiencing inconsistent irrigation pressures. The City is aware of this and is in the process of making changes to the existing reclaim water system. These changes include a project that will add another 1000' of large diameter reclaimed water main, which will connect two other large mains on Hickory Tree Road forming a loop. This looping connection will help to increase reclaim water flows and pressures in these areas. This project is estimated to be completed by the end of July. The City is also stepping up enforcement of the irrigation schedule to ensure that everyone is watering at the proper times.
**NOTICE** Beginning May 1, 2019 the City will be enforcing new potable water irrigation restrictions. Please make sure that you adjust your irrigation timers accordingly, following the potable irrigation schedule below. Any resident found not to be in compliance with these new restrictions will be subject to violation notices and fines.

For Water, Backflow, or Sewer Concerns
For water, backflow, or sewer concerns, City of St Cloud should be contacted first at 407-957-7344 prior to plumbing contractors to evaluate if the service of a plumber is necessary. If a plumber is contacted first, City of St. Cloud will not assume responsible for incurred costs. Outside of normal business hours, please call 407-891-6700.
For 2019 Rates
To receive a copy of the 2019 water/sewer or impact fees, please contact the Public Services Department by email at email@example.com or by phone at 407-957-7264.
- Public Services is currently flushing hydrants periodically throughout the city to test the fire flow as well as to keep water moving and keep the water mains from stagnating. U.S. Water is presently assisting the City of St. Cloud with these efforts, so residents will see their trucks and personnel present in the areas that are being flushed.
