Assisting our citizens with their “Water Bills” during COVID-19

We do understand how incredibly challenging Covid-19 pandemic has been for many families in our community, and we stand committed to providing exceptional customer service and utilities to our citizens during this time. As we gradually return to a new normal, disconnections and late fees will resume on August 3, 2020. If you are experiencing a financial hardship, and have fallen behind on your payments, we have these financial programs below to assist you.


Payment Plans

We understand everyone’s situation is different, and we want to work with you to customize a payment plan that will help you pay off your past due balance. Please call us today at 407-957-7344 or email us at customerservice@stcloud.org and one of our dedicated agents will be happy to help you.


St. Cloud Cares Utilities Assistance Program

St. Cloud Utilities (SCU) in partnership with the Osceola Council on Aging (COA) has the St. Cloud Cares Program to provide financial assistance to St. Cloud utilities customers who are experiencing financial hardships. To apply for the program, customers can call the COA at 407-846-8532 or visit https://osceolagenerations.org/services/covid19-emergency-utility-assistance/.

Paperless E-bill is a fast, easy, secure, and FREE way to eliminate your paper bill and receive and pay your bill online.

FOR WATER, BACKFLOW, OR SEWER CONCERNS

For water, backflow, or sewer concerns, City of St Cloud should be contacted first at 407-957-7344 prior to plumbing contractors to evaluate if the service of a plumber is necessary. If a plumber is contacted first, City of St. Cloud will not assume responsibility for incurred costs. Outside of normal business hours, please call  407-891-6700.
