The Operations Bureau is managed by Deputy Chief Kirk Zilke. He graduated from the Southern Police Institute and was has been serving the community since 1993 with the St. Cloud Police Department. He has worked as an officer and supervisor in many different areas within the Police Department including the Patrol Division, Traffic Unit, Street Crimes Unit, and as the department's Public Information Officer.
Deputy Chief Kirk Zilke oversees subordinates who are responsible for the daily operations of the Patrol Operations Division and the Investigative Services Division. In addition, Deputy Chief Kirk Zilke supervises the following part-time police units:
