Finance

The Finance Department is responsible for managing all of the city’s financial affairs. It is our mission to provide accurate, timely and customer-driven financial support to the City of St. Cloud government, citizens, regulatory agencies, and other key stakeholders.

The Finance Department has direct responsibility for the following areas of operations.

  • Accounting
  • Budgeting
  • Debt Management
  • Fixed Assets
  • Treasury and Investment
  • Utility Billing

It is our goal to become a data-driven fiscal and analytical business unit that serves as the catalyst for positive change within the City of St. Cloud government.
