Tuning, Toning and Talking

The Tuning, Toning and Talking program is an alternate form of aerobic exercise which uses your own body weight. A chair may be used if necessary.
Where: Civic Center
When: Monday and Wednesday
Time: 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Cost: $1 per class

Stepping Out Walking Club

This program is for adults 18 years of age and older.
Where: Civic Center
When: Tuesday and Thursday
Time: 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Cost: $1 per class

Zumba Gold

This program is low-impact and is designed to improve your health, balance and reduce stress. It's great for the beginners and the young at heart!
Where: Civic Center
When: Fridays
Time: 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Cost: $1 per class

Chair Volleyball

Chair volleyball is played with 6 players seated in chairs (or a wheelchair) on each side of the net. It is basically like volleyball but is played with a beach ball instead.
Where: Civic Center
When: Tuesdays and Thursdays
Time: 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Cost: $1 per class

Pickleball

Pickleball is a fun sport for everyone that combines tennis, ping-pong and badminton. It is played on a badminton court with the net lowered to 34 inches at the center, using a perforated plastic baseball (similar to a whiffle ball) and wood or composite paddles.

Cost: $1 per person, per day or $10 monthly per person.
