VARIANCE PETITION DETAILS:  Applicant is requesting a variance to the requirements of the Land Development Code, for a variance from the 5-foot side yard setback requirement for the R-2 Single & Two-Family Residential zoning district as identified in Table III-4 of the St. Cloud Land Development Code to allow an encroachment into the right side yard resulting in a setback of 3 feet.
