Attendees may learn cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and enjoy several activities, including a Dive-In Movie – The Little Rascals – that begins at sunset.

    Parks and Recreation Department personnel will be restoring the St. Cloud lakefront’s playground surface May 21. The playground area will be closed to the general public for a minimum of six hours. During this time, the affected area will be taped off. At approximately 3 p.m., the playground area will reopen once the caution tape is removed.

  1. Pre Lifeguard Class Swim Test

    May 17, 6:30 PM @ Chris Lyle Aquatic Center

    Lifeguard classes are scheduled for May 26-27 and June 2-3, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Applicants must pass a swim test prior to the start of the class. Swim test dates are: May 15 and 17, 6:30 p.m., and May 19 at 1 p.m. Only one swim test must be attended/passed.

  2. Swim Lessons Sign-Ups

    May 19, All Day @ Civic Center

    Session 7 sign-ups will take place Saturday, May 19, 10 a.m.-2 p.m., and Monday, May 21, 6:30-8:30 p.m., at the Civic Center. Thirty-minute classes: $35 for residents/$45 for non-residents and 60-minute classes: $45 for residents/$55 for non-residents. The two-week swim lessons will run from May 29-June 8, 9-11 a.m. and 6-7 p.m., at the Chris Lyle Aquatic Center.
