Boil Water Notice Partially Lifted
Currently Under Boil Water Notice: The following locations remain under a Precautionary Boil Water Notice:
All locations along E. Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway (US 192) between Oak Street (north/west of the Starling Chrysler Jeep Dodge Dealership) and Partin Settlement Road.
All locations along Partin Settlement Road located west of the Florida Turnpike.
Areas Where Precautionary Boil Water Notice is Rescinded: The Precautionary Boil Water Notice for City of St. Cloud customers not within the affected area noted above is hereby rescinded. The water main break has been repaired and satisfactory results of bacteriological testing have been received within the areas where the Precautionary Boil Water notice is being rescinded. You may resume normal use of water without additional precautions.
We appreciate your understanding in our continued efforts to ensure the health and safety for all of our customers.

Cemetery Policy Update
On May 8, 2008, staff will present to the Council the first reading for replacing, in its entirety, the City Code Section 26-28 to read as follows:
"The City Council shall by resolution adopt such policies, rules and regulations that are necessary for the orderly and safe use and efficient administration and maintenance of the cemetery for the benefit of all citizens."
On May 22, 2008, the 2nd reading will be presented for approval. If approved, staff will present a resolution to adopt the Cemetery Policy. View the revised draft of the

City Partners with FDOT
The City of St. Cloud is partnering with the Florida Dept. of transportation to promote its Florida 511 program.
This is a free program to provide travel information to motorists. View the 511 website
City enacts water restrictions
The City of St. Cloud is enacting permanent 2 day
per week irrigation restrictions for both potable and reclaimed water effective immediately.
