St. Cloud Utilities walk-in center temporarily closed starting Friday, March 20

As the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to impact our community, we are taking extra precautions to minimize risks to our citizens and employees. Beginning Friday, March 20, St. Cloud Utilities will temporarily close the walk in center located at City Hall. During this time we will be available to assist our customers over the phone, online, and by email. This closure will be for a period of two weeks, with a tentative reopening date of April 6, 2020.

 Services available to customers online:

  • Make a Quick Payment
  • Log In/Manage Account (make a payment, view utility bills, sign up for paperless E-bill, sign up for auto pay)
  • View Current Water/Sewer Rates
  • Conservation Information
  • View Watering Schedule
  • Ice-Pigging Information/Schedule
  • Water Information Portal 

Services available to customers by email:

  • Request a Payment Arrangement
  • Water Usage Data
  • Billing Questions
  • Report a  problem with water or wastewater service

Services available to customers by phone 407-957-7344:

  • Start/Stop/Move Service
  • Credit Card and Electronic Payments Using Automated Phone System
  • Billing Questions
  • Payment Arrangements
  • Water Usage Inquiries
  • Report a problem with water or wastewater service

Service disconnections will be temporarily suspended through April 17. The City will accommodate payment arrangements equal to the number of months owed to avoid creating added burden on residents. These arrangements will also be made available to “Cash Only” customers during this time.

Irrigation and Right of Way permit requests will be suspended during this closure, if you have an open permit and need assistance please contact customer service at 407-957-7344. If you need an irrigation inspection please call 407-957-7198.

St. Cloud Solid Waste will continue to provide collection and transfer station services to customers.  Drivers and Staff are following CDC recommended guidelines.
