    The qualifying period for the city of St. Cloud November elections runs August 27-31, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Any person seeking to be a candidate for the St. Cloud Municipal Election November 6, may participate in the qualifying period. Council Member Seats #1 (mayor), #2, and #3 are to be elected by the qualified electors of the city of St. Cloud in November.
