The Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Graphical Information Sciences (GIS) Department is a division of the Information Technology Department. The department is responsible for:

  • Data conversion
  • Engineering drawings / drafting
  • Geospatial data
  • Security surveillance
  • Security design
  • Site mapping
  • Web mapping

CAD / GIS Analysts
Our CAD and GIS analysts assist city agencies and departments in design and production of internal and external projects in a digital or printed format, as well as hands-on material operations. Responsibilities include: 
  • Architectural, civic or structural design
  • Desktop publishing
  • Framing
  • Illustrations
  • Large-format scanning
  • Photo enhancement
  • Presentations
  • Reproductions
