Kids in the Kitchen
Kids will have a blast in these hands on cooking class learning how to make multicultural cuisines.  This culinary adventure will be held every Tuesday for 5 weeks with a changing menu.

Where:   Community Center, 3101-17th Street
When:    Tuesday, September 5, 2017 through Tuesday, October 10, 2017

Time:     4:30pm – 7:30pm

Ages:     11 - 15

Cost:      $50.00 for residents; $70 for non-residents


Borrow Pit Pond Youth Fishing Tournament
Please bring your fishing pole and tackle; bait will be provided.  The pond is stocked with catfish.  Shore fishing only and catch and release.  Preregistration begins September 5th and is not required.  
Where: Borrow Pit Pond (Budinger Ave., across from St. Cloud Elementary)
When:  Saturday, September 23rd

Scary Movie Marathon
Gate opens one hour before dusk; movie starts at dusk.
Where:  Chris Lyle Aquatics Center, 3001 17th Street
When:   Saturday, October 7th
Time:    Gate opens at 7:00pm
Movie:   “Scared Shrekless” (PG); “Malificent” (PG); “Hocus Pocus” (PG)
Cost:     $1.00 facility fee per person

Movie at the Lakefront
An event held on Friday most months at the lakefront beginning at sundown.
Where:  The Lakefront, 1104 Lakeshore Blvd
When:   Friday, October 13th
Time:    Sunset
Movie:  “Hotel Transylvania” (PG) and “Hotel Transylvania 2” (PG)
Cost:      FREE!

Bluegrass Jam
A free event held the second Saturday of every month.  Musicians and spectators are welcome.  Bring your own instrument, chair and refreshments.  Alcoholic beverages and pets are prohibited.

Urban Agriculture Class

Learn how to grow and use herbs for culinary and medicinal use.  We will be talking about how and when to start your seeds, how to harvest the plant material, and ways that you can incorporate them into your everyday living.
