Duties

• Members cannot serve on the Planning Board
• Members must be city residents and registered voters
• Five members + 2 alternates

• Grant variances
• Perform the administrative review
• Reverse the decisions of the building official as it relates to zoning codes

• Members must be city residents
• Seven members 

• Adjucate cases determining code compliance
• Examine cases presented by the code enforcement officer

• Review requests for variances to, or interpretation of the city's building code

• Five members Members must be city residents

• Make recommendations to the City Council regarding budgets, debt service, financial policies, and capital expenditures
• Review the fiscal activities of the city

• Seven members serving
• Three members are appointed by City Council and four members are elected by employees

• Oversee the asset mamagement of the general employee pension fund

• Five voting members + 2 alternates
• Members cannot serve on the Board of Adjustment
• Members must be City residents and registered voters

• Act in an advisory capacity to the City Council relating to zoning, land use, and the Comprehensive Plan

• Five members 2 members appointed by Council, 1 by Fire Dept, 1 by Police Dept and 1 Board Appointed

• Oversee the asset management of the Police Department and Fire Department pension funds

• Members must be city / county residents
• 5 voting + 2 alternates 

• Work in cooperation with the Parks and Recreation Department to plan and implement programs and faciliites for all residents  

• Five members + 2 alternates 
• Members must be city / county residents

• Work in cooperation with the Parks and Recreation Department to plan and implement tree planting, preservation programs, conservation efforts, and environmenal awareness
