Pre-Application Meeting

The Utilities Department strongly encourages that developers, engineers, and/or builders contact the City to discuss their proposed projects.  This Pre-Application Meeting provides the applicant and the City an opportunity to preliminarily review the proposed development activities, submittal requirements and identify issues that are likely to arise during the development review process.  To arrange a pre-application meeting, please contact:
