Massachusetts Avenue Rehabilitation (13th-17th Street)
The old concrete road and utilities will be removed; they will be upgraded and replaced. Construction will begin August 2010.
Florida-Ohio Interconnect
This project will hydraulically connect the East and West pond along Lakeshore Boulevard. The excess stormwater in these ponds will be used to augment the City's reuse supply. Construction will begin Fall 2010.
Nolte Road
St. Cloud will construct a 3.1 mile four lane divided roadway. Ponds, underground utilities, recreational pathway, and roadway will be constructed with this project. Construction will begin Fall 2010.
Lakeshore Paving
Lakeshore Boulevard will be resurfaced from Mississippi to Columbia Avenue. Construction will begin Spring 2011.
