BACKFLOW TESTING AND CERTIFICATION CHARGE FOR IRRIGATION AND RECLAIMED WATER: Pursuant to Section 78-258 of said Ordinance, there is a monthly charge established to pay for the required annual backflow testing, repair and certification for single family potable water customers requiring a backflow prevention device per the City's Cross Connection Control Manual. The rate for these inspection and repair services has been set in accordance with Resolution #2008-239R.
