Procurement Services is issuing this “Notice of Intent” to advise that the City of St. Cloud intends to utilize other governmental entities’ bids to purchase the following:


Date of Posting: August 16, 2018 through August 29, 2018

2018-127 – City intends to utilize Florida Sheriff's Association Contract No. FSA17-VEH 25.0 for the purchase of a 2019 Ford Escape Utility Vehicle from Duval Ford


Date of Posting: August 13, 2018 through August 24, 2018

2018-125 - City intends to utilize Orange County IFB Y18-1078 Purchase of Automated, Video Closed Caption System for the purchase of an automated, video closed caption system from Link Electronics

2018-124 - City intends to utilize City of Orlando IFB17-0016 Tree Pruning and Removal Services for tree pruning and removal services from The Davey Tree Expert Company

2018-113 - City intends to utilize State of Florida Contract No. 425-001-12-1 Office Furniture and Files for the purchase of office furniture and files from Commercial Design Services, Inc.



 This notice will be posted for ten (10) business days in the Public Notice display case at the City of St. Cloud, City Hall, and 1300 9th Street, St. Cloud, Florida 34769.     

Local vendors:  Please contact Procurement Services, in writing, prior to expiration of the notice, to advise whether your company can provide any of the items listed.
