Procurement Services is issuing this “Notice of Intent” to advise that the City of St. Cloud intends to utilize other governmental entities’ bids to purchase the following:

Date of Posting February 16, 2018 through March 1, 2018

2018-030 City intends to utilize Polk County Bid #15-601 Pavement Management Alternative Methods from Asphalt Paving System, Inc.

2018-027 City intends to utilize GSA Schedule 70 Contract No. GS-35F-0119Y for the purchase of Accela Legislative Management Software from Carahsoft Technology Corporation

Date of Posting: February 08, 2018 through February 21, 2018

2018-023 City intends to utilize Florida Sheriff's Association Contract No. FSA16-VEH14.0 for the purchase of a 2018 Caterpillar 938M Wheel Loader from Ring Power Corporation

2018-022 City intends to utilize Florida Sheriff's Association Contract No. FSA17-15.0 for the purchase of a 2018 Mack GU813 Dump Truck from Nextran Truck Center

This notice will be posted for ten (10) business days in the Public Notice display case at the City of St. Cloud, City Hall, and 1300 9th Street, St. Cloud, Florida 34769.
