Online registration now available for St. Cloud Parks & Recreation activities, programs

City of St. Cloud Parks and Recreation departmental staff announce the availability of online registration for some of the activities and programs they offer, including boat-slip rentals, camps, classes and facility reservations.

To explore the new online-registration option, visit https://webtrac.stcloud.org.  Customers are advised that it may take up to one business day for activation. Customer assistance is available by calling 407-957-7243, Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Tuesday and Thursday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.


Swimming Lessons

The Chris Lyle Aquatic Center located at 3001-17th Street, St. Cloud, FL  34769, offers swimming lessons for all ages.

Group swim lessons are held from March through September with on-line registration starting March 1.  You will need to establish an account online prior to being able to enroll in the classes.  There will be Aquatics staff in the front office on Saturdays from 10:00am-2:00pm should you need assistance with registration.  For a complete list of classes click here.

Private lessons are available year round and offers one-on-one teaching time with a certified instructor.  Private lessons are available for all ages and skill levels and can be set up on the days, and at the time, that is suitable for you.

Classes may have to be canceled or moved to another time due to weather conditions, pool maintenance, pool events, or other issues.

Instructor Courses
If you are interested in becoming a Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor, a Basic Swim Instructor or Lifeguard Instructor, we teach  Red Cross certified classes for these.  For a list of course dates, please click here.

Lifeguard Classes

Rays Swim Team

This is  a beginning swim team focusing on technique.  You must be able to pass a swim test to join the team if you are not a returning swimmer.  For a list of sessions, please click here.

Water Fitness class
Water fitness class is only held if weather permits. Three (3) participants must be present to hold a class.  $1.00 for pool members; $2.50 for non-members; or $3.50 for non-members, non-County residents.


     •   Monday through Friday @ 8:00am & 11:00am
        Monday through Thursday @  6:00pm
        Saturday @  11:00am
