Tree Removal Permit
A tree removal permit application is required for the removal of any tree protected by the City of St. Cloud Land Development Code.

Application Process
  1. Complete the top portion of the application.
  2. Provide a site plan and/or a marked tree survey with the application.
  3. Provide a written request justifying the removal of the tree.
  4. Submit the information in steps one through three along with a cash/check payment of $25 to the Civic Center:
    3001 17th St.
    St. Cloud, FL 34769
  5. Once the application and fee has been submitted, the city arborist will inspect the site and compare the request within 24 hours. The application will be notified once the request has been reviewed.

Trees / palms located on private property are not required to obtain a permit.
