A few suggestions for choosing the volunteer activity that’s right for you.

·    Do you want a project that is hands-on, like planting trees?  Or would you prefer working one-on-one with someone?  Some volunteers prefer simply to assist in an office environment.

·    Can you make a commitment?  Many of our volunteers help out on certain days, at certain times.

Fill out the Volunteer Application, or simply stop by the office.  Our Volunteer Coordinator will contact you if an opportunity is available, and set-up an interview.  Don’t be surprised if you are asked for references.  Some of the opportunities available are in sensitive positions.
