The Vehicle Maintenance Division maintains City vehicles and equipment in the best working condition possible to minimize downtime due to unscheduled repairs. This breaks down into several different areas.
This division is responsible for:
Scheduling and performing periodic maintenance and repairs of all in-house equipment as well as warranty repairs on all type of equipment from bulldozers to lawn equipment.
Coordinating acquisition and inventory of parts.
Operation and maintenance of the City’s fuel dispensing system.
