PATROL DIVISION

 

The St. Cloud Police Department's Patrol Division consists of four Patrol squads, the Traffic Unit and the Mounted Patrol Unit.  The Patrol Division is overseen by a division commander who holds the rank of Captain.

 

Captain Scaglione

 

 

 

Presently, Captain Raina Scaglione supervises the Patrol Division.  Captain Scaglione became employed with the St. Cloud Police Department in 1998.  She worked in numerous department units before being promoted to the rank of Sergeant within the Patrol Division.  In 2008, she was promoted to Captain.

 


The mission of the Patrol Division is to provide 24 hour-a-day service in the interest of:

  • The protection of life and property
  • The prevention and detection of criminal activity
  • The apprehension of criminal offenders
  • Community relations through community involvement
