New Potable Water and Reclaimed Water

Irrigation Restrictions

On 12/13/07 the South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) Governing Board mandated new irrigation restrictions throughout the SFWMD including Osceola County.  In order to comply with the mandated two day per week potable restrictions and to provide for lasting conservation efforts, the City is enacting permanent two day per week irrigation restrictions for both potable and reclaimed water as described below.  Please note that if drought conditions persist, more severe water use restrictions could still be enacted by the SFWMD.
